    Why Collagen Decline Matters

Around age 25, collagen production starts to slow.

Collagen, the most common protein in your body, plays a major role in the health of your hair, scalp, skin, nails, gut, and helps combat premature aging.

Our hydrolyzed peptides help restore what time depletes.

What Makes Alaya Multi Collagen Different

    5 Collagen PeptidesTypes I, II, III, V, X

Your body uses different types of collagen for different purposes — from skin to joints to hair. We include the five most abundant types, sourced from grass-fed, cage-free, and wild-caught sources, to deliver full-body support.

    Proprietary Joint Blend

To go beyond beauty, we include MSM, chondroitin, and glucosamine—researched ingredients that help cushion joints, ease stiffness, and support comfortable movement.*

    Hydrolyzed for Better Absorption

We use hydrolyzed collagen peptides — broken down into smaller pieces your body can absorb and use more effectively. That means better support for your skin, joints, and connective tissue.

    Unflavored, No Additives

Simply collagen with a neutral taste that blends easily into coffee, tea, or smoothies, without compromising your routine or results.

    A note from our founder

Years ago, autoimmune issues pushed me to course correct. I turned to holistic healing—cutting out processed foods, identifying triggers like gluten, and focusing on gut health, whole foods, and rest. Slowly, I started to feel like myself again. Then came motherhood. Two babies under two. I was exhausted, depleted, and couldn’t find clean, effective supplements to support me. Everything I found was filled with additives and false promises.
I knew if I didn’t course correct again, I’d feel it ten years from now. So, I created what was missing.
Alaya started with collagen, expanded into a powerful synbiotic blend, and grew into a full line of targeted supplements—each one created to meet real needs with real ingredients. Because your health shouldn’t take a backseat.
    With love,
    Shauna Reiter, Alaya Naturals Founder

Is Alaya Multi Collagen lab tested and third-party for contaminants and heavy metals?

Our Multi Collagen is manufactured in the USA in our cGMP NSF certified lab using ingredients thoroughly tested for a wide range of contamination such as heavy metals and microbes. Every batch of finished product is additionally tested by a third party ISO certified lab. These steps are taken to ensure that our Multi Collagen meets our high level of standards.

Does Alaya Multi Collagen contain shellfish?

Our Multi Collagen is free of shellfish. The glucosamine is derived from the fermentation of corn so that our product can remain shellfish free.

My container seems to have less or more than my previous bottle. Am I not receiving the same amount?

Each and every container is measured and filled by weight to contain the same amount. However, depending on how much air is in the powder, how compressed the powder becomes, or how much it may settle in transit, each can appear to have less or more. We also leave room on top to prevent spillage from pressure changes during transit.

Is it safe for people with sulfa allergies?

Our Multi Collagen contains MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), an organic compound that contains sulfur. While sulfa and sulfur are different (sulfa generally refers to sulfonamide), please consult with a licensed healthcare professional before use to be sure if the product would be okay for you.

Can it cause any digestive issues, such as bloating?

Our Multi Collagen uses hydrolyzed collagen which creates collagen peptides. This is the most easy to digest form of collagen so chances of any such issues would be minimized.

Does your Multi Collagen contain any common allergens?

Our Multi Collagen is free from nuts, soy, sugar, shellfish, gluten, lactose, and dairy. (The only egg components used are eggshell membranes from free range chickens.)

    Is it GMO-free?

Yes, our Multi Collagen is GMO-free, ensuring that no genetically modified ingredients are used in its production.

Does the product contain any caffeine?

Our Unflavored, Vanilla, and Raspberry Lemonade Multi Collagen is 100% caffeine-free, making it suitable for any time of day without affecting your energy or sleep. Our Chocolate Multi Collagen powder contains about 3 mg of caffeine per serving due to its cocoa content, a negligible amount by most standards.

Will it help me lose weight?

While our Multi Collagen isn't intended to be used as a weight-loss supplement, we have received feedback from customers who’ve noticed improvements with regard to their weight. Protein supplements like ours may help curb food cravings, but individual experiences and benefits can vary. Our blend is free of carbohydrates.

What fish are used to source the collagen in your Multi Collagen?

Our Multi Collagen is sourced from wild-caught cod, haddock, and pollock. These fish are sustainably harvested to ensure high-quality, natural collagen.

    What sweeteners do you use?

Our Unflavored Multi Collagen is sweetener-free, and our sugar-free, flavored varieties are sweetened with stevia leaf extract.

Why does the container sometimes look less full, or seem to have fewer scoops?

All of our powdered products are filled and measured by weight, not by volume, so you’re always receiving the exact amount listed on the label.

Because these powders are very fine, they naturally settle and compact over time, especially during shipping and handling. As air shifts and the powder packs more tightly, a container — particularly a larger one — may look less full than expected.

This settling can also change how the powder fills a scoop. Scoops are simply a serving guide, and because the powder becomes more compact, you may notice that it reaches the labeled servings in slightly fewer or more scoops, even though the total weight is accurate and unchanged

    Understanding Collagen

DOES COLLAGEN WORK FOR HAIR, SKIN AND NAILS?
Collagen supplements are commonly used to support the structural components of skin, hair, and nails over time rather than to produce immediate cosmetic changes. Effects are typically evaluated over weeks to months of consistent daily use.

DOES COLLAGEN WORK FOR JOINTS AND CONNECTIVE TISSUES?
Collagen is a major structural component of connective tissue found in joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. As natural collagen production declines with age, supplementation is often used to support everyday movement over time rather than provide immediate relief.

IS COLLAGEN SAFE TO TAKE LONG-TERM?
Collagen peptides are commonly used as a daily protein supplement and are generally taken long-term as part of ongoing wellness routines. They are broken down into amino acids during digestion, similar to other dietary proteins.

    WHEN SHOULD I TAKE COLLAGEN?
Collagen is most commonly taken once daily and works best when used consistently rather than occasionally. Timing is flexible, and consistency over weeks matters more than time of day

What does it mean to be NSF Contents Certified?

It means our Unflavored Multi Collagen has been independently verified by NSF. The manufacturing facility has been audited, ingredients reviewed for toxicology, and the finished product tested to confirm label accuracy and screened for key contaminants and category risk, including heavy metals and pesticides, where applicable. It is not a one-time approval. Ongoing audits and periodic retesting help ensure continued compliance over time.

What does NSF test for exactly?

Under NSF's Contents Certified Certification Program, our product is tested to verify that what is on the label is in the product, and that it is free from harmful levels of contaminants.

    This includes:
    * Heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium
    * Pesticides where botanicals are present
    * Microbiological contaminants such as yeast, mold, and certain pathogens
